Traditional Permanent range- CAMRA HERTS BRONZE AWARD 08

Brewed using extra pale malt this highly refreshing sunshine blonde beer has a wonderfully fruity palate which is balanced by a lingering late hop aroma.

Brock Bitter

3.7% abv

Traditional Permanent range

A light brown quaffing ale with a hint of sweetness and caramel on the palate. Challenger hops impart a gentle bitterness, which is matched by a late hop aroma from Styrian Goldings.

Mansion Mild

3.7% abv

Permanent Range

A smooth, creamy, ruby dark mild with a fruity palate and gentle late hop aroma.

Royal Poacher

4.1% abv

Available March – May

Burnish gold, medium bodied beer singularly hopped with First Gold. The result is an extremely drinkable bitter with hop notes similar to that for Goldings, but with more fruity notes and citrus flavours in particular orange.

The Ridgeway Bitter

4.0% abv

Permanent Traditional Range

A beer with a pleasant mix of hop and malt flavours in the aroma and taste, leading to a dry, often flowery hop, aftertaste.

Fanny Ebbs Summer Ale

Available June – August

Highly refreshing blonde coloured ale both crisp and dry on the palate with a citrus hop aroma imparted by Cascade and Saaz.

Huck-me-Buck

4.4% abv

Available September – November

Hearty autumnal ale, tawny in colour and although gentle on bitterness it has plenty of maltiness and a generous amount of late hop aroma.

Santa’s Little Helper

Available late November and December

Warming winter ale, this festive special is the perfect balance of roasted malt and premium aroma hops. This tipple would warm even the cold heart of Scrooge
